Hand-pressed Glass IHS Suncatcher (Purple)
Description
This rich purple glass suncatcher is embossed with the powerful monogram of the Holy Name of Jesus, as seen in the reverse of medals of the Holy Face. Around the image are the words: Mane Nobiscum Domine – “Stay with us, Lord, for it is almost evening” (Lk 24:29) and the abbreviation: A.M.D.G. – Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam : To the greater glory of God.
Our sun catchers are made from recycle glass by a local artisan using colonial techniques. Each piece is hand stamped and has a unique character not found in machine work. As with all handmade items, the color and thickness may vary for each piece.

Reminds me of New England
I just love these beautiful glass suncatchers. They remind of colonial houses in New England but with the unique image of the reminder of Christ and the Blessed Mother
