Description
Introducing new limited edition scarf designed by the Sisters! A beautiful addition to any wardrobe and a real conversation starter, introducing inquirers to the Faith.
This “Credo” scarf features the Apostle’s Creed overlayed on a tender image of Our Lady and the Infant Jesus. The designs on the corners are taken from a Samurai symbol used by the cryptic Catholics to identify each other during the persecution in Japan where the last priest was exiled or executed in 1665.
For two hundred and fifty years Catholics in Japan handed down their Faith to their children with only one sacrament - Baptism, along with the Creed and devotion to Our Lady. When a missionary finally returned to the shores of Japan after this long period, he discovered to his amazement, a community of faithful Catholics.
Made of light chiffon. Suitable for all seasons.
Measures 36”x 36”. Gift Boxed.

Credo of Japan, Chiffon Scarf
Beautiful and of very high quality. So soft and visually pleasing colors. A physical reminder to keep our Holy Roman Catholic faith no matter how dire the circumstances in which we live.

Design is beautiful
This scarf so represents the Christian martyrs who died for their Credo and the image of Mary and child is touching. The colors are soft and the message allows for sharing the story of St. Paul Miki and the Martyrs of Japan..
