For the sake of clearness "The Narrow Way" is divided into two parts: the one treating of asceticism or the Interior Life, the other of mysticism or the Spiritual Life. For the same reason each part is divided into sections, chapters, and articles, and so combines brevity and clearness with a systematic exposition of Catholic theory and practice.

This is a hard book to read for me. I guess it is the smaller print than i am used to otherwise it has alot to offer.
Slowly but surely I will get the information read and will learn new material that has long since passed my mind.
